LucasFilm retained BrandVia to produce two of the elements in the Official Star Wars Membership Kit which commemorates the 30th Anniversary of the original film release. 25,000 embroidered emblems were produced featuring Bantha from the film. BrandVia also produced 25,000 plastic laminated membership cards featuring Darth Vader on the front and a signature strip on the back.
Upon completion of the first two items, LucasFilm worked with BrandVia to produce additional memorabilia including a triangular-shaped embroidered patch for the Star Wars Celebration IV event that took place in Los Angeles over Memorial Day weekend.
