Cisco had been administering one of their award programs internally and was overwhelmed with the process which included
tracking the various awards, apparel sizes and completion dates of each session by recipient.
Especially challenging were international distribution and fulfillment.
After reviewing the program details with Cisco, Brandvia created a custom web site that allowed recipients
to place orders online after successfully passing educational tracks/sessions. Each recipient was able to select their
award along with their polo shirt by size.
The program change to BrandVia was exceptionally positive for both Cisco management and for the recipients, who received their awards without errors or delays.
