Our challenge was to create an incentive program for a real estate sales team to help boost sales for the year. With over 5000 real estate agents involved, the firm wanted to provide the top 50% with gifts every quarter. These gifts needed to be useful in the daily life of a realtor: whether in their car, at their desk, or on appointments – these gifts needed to promote their motto of “Coolture.”

Contents/Gift Levels:

  • January: Car flag, Pens, Gold Lapel Pin
  • April: Coolture custom Mouse pad, Sunglasses, Lip balm, Hand sanitizer and mints
  • July: T-shirt, Journal, Custom Hat
  • October: Custom signing pen, Bluetooth speaker
  • President’s Club Gift: The top 300 sales agents received a backpack and 2 etched wine bottles in their hotel room upon arrival to annual sales event
