Representation Matters
at Salesforce
Salesforce has held a Racial Equality summit, Representation Matters event for the past few years. Recently reimagined as a weeklong virtual event, it now includes inspiring and empowering thoughts from Black, Latinx, and Indigenous leaders and influencers.
With hundreds of people attending online, Salesforce wanted to gift participants with a Representation Matters shirt to wear during, and after, the event to ensure everyone felt included.
Making it easy, we built a pop-up shop to collect the participants’ shipping addresses and sizes. Not only did we host the shop, we also kitted the shirts with a bottle and an event schedule with a rundown of what they could expect from the event. The schedule also encouraged participants to post pictures of the Representation Matters merchandise with the hashtag #representationmatters2020 #representationmatters.
